At Sand Springs we host a “Packing Party” to pack all of our shoe boxes with the items we collect throughout the year. You can be apart of this ministry by packing a shoebox yourself or donating items.
FPP provides help to women and children who are victims of domestic abuse. We have partnered with this ministry to become not only a help to the physical needs but the spiritual needs of these families as well.
“Mentor fathers and boys meet four times a month and, using these tools, gain insight and understanding, serve others, worship, and plan a special outdoor activity (camping, hunting, fishing, riding, whatever they decide to do together) so they have a year-end ‘rite of passage’ celebration to prepare for and look forward to.”
